Application field
This sensor is applied in places such as Bridges, foundations, pile foundations, and large structures where prestressed anchor cables are required. The instrument can not only measure the total load acting on the anchor cable dynamometer, but also read each sensor separately to measure uneven loads or eccentric loads. Made of elastic, high-strength and corrosion-resistant alloy, 3 to 6 fiber Bragg grating strain sensing chips with temperature compensation function are installed on the ring-shaped elastic base, featuring accurate temperature compensation.
Product features
It is durable, reliable, easy to install and read, and is not affected by moisture or the length of optical fibers. It has good long-term stability and a high survival rate when buried. The internal optical fiber strain element adopts metallized packaging, featuring long-term zero stability, minimal temperature drift, simple welding operation and good dynamic characteristics. The pigtail fiber adopts corrosion-resistant PU clad armored optical cable, which has excellent temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and is suitable for long-term outdoor environments.
